Summary

Hours:

35 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Part time, flexible hours and hybrid working will be considered, with a minimum of 1 day per week to be worked from Head Office in Skipton

You will be joining the Savings & Partnership ProductsTeam, focusing on our Partnership product range to meet our Corporate plan objectives.

The Saving & Partnership Team is split into two key areas, with 3 members of the team responsible for Partnership Products & 5 responsible for Savings product. You will be joining the Partnership product teams, which consists of 1 Partnership lead & 2 Relationships Managers. You will work closely with stakeholders in Finance, Distribution, Marketing and Sales t deliver commercial objectives.

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Manage the partnership product range, such as Home and Life Insurance, aligned to corporate plan volume & income targets, ensuring that products are launched in line with agreed procedures

  • Monitoring the performance of products in our branch and contact centres, ensuring they remain competitive, reviewing and providing feedback when necessary

  • Exploring other product lines, and new markets looking for commercial opportunities

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders in Distribution and externally, including third party partners – representing the Society appropriately

  • Monitor quality standards in line with contracts, ensuring both third parties and Skipton meet it’s contractual obligations

  • Keep up to date with regulations, work with compliance to ensure products and processes adhere to regulatory framework, minimising operational and regulatory risks

  • Maintain knowledge of partnership Product marketplace and competitor information.

  • Effective stakeholder management, cultivating and maintaining strong internal and external relationships

  • Excellent communication at all levels

  • A customer-centric and commercial focus to product development

  • Proactive and ability to lead on key relationships and initiatives

  • Strong commercial awareness and business acumen

  • Proven ability to influence, engage and work in partnership with senior stakeholders & 3rd party suppliers

  • Experience in a similar role of managing partner relationships
