Responsibilities
Manage daily administrative tasks to support office operations
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and databases
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed
Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial reports
Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external inquiries
Collaborate with team members to improve administrative workflows and processes
Requirements
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Basic understanding of office equipment, like printers and scanners
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
