Please note: A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential due to the school's rural location.
About the Role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you'll support pupils aged 11-19 with a range of complex needs, including mental health challenges and social communication difficulties. Working closely with teachers and therapists, you'll promote emotional resilience, encourage independence, and help pupils engage with both classroom learning and life-skills activities.
Location: Near Cranleigh, Surrey
Contract: Full-time | Temp-to-Perm
Start Date: September or ASAP
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30-16:00 (term-time only)
Pay: £13.80 - £15.80 per hour (including holiday pay)
