Summary
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Retail Manager to lead the operations of our warehouse-based retail outlet, which specialises in health and beauty products, office stationery, and disposable packaging materials. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily retail activity, including inventory control, team leadership, and delivering a top-tier customer experience.
You’ll play a key role in merchandising, managing stock efficiently, and ensuring that our retail team meets performance goals. Previous experience in a retail management role within the packaging or stationery sectors is highly desirable.
Main Duties:
Manage the overall retail floor and ensure operational efficiency
Supervise and guide team members to maintain high performance
Handle stock replenishment and create effective product displays
Drive customer service excellence and respond to client needs
Track sales metrics and identify opportunities for growth
