How you create impact
- Provide a professional and welcoming front desk experience, handling visitor management, calls, and reception area upkeep
- Support daily office operations including meeting scheduling, catering arrangements, and document management
- Oversee site repairs, vendor coordination, and supply procurement to ensure smooth office functionality
- Assist in planning internal events, workshops, and team gatherings with logistical precision
- Conduct safety checks, support evacuation drills, and maintain compliance documentation for audits
- Manage staff and visitor pass systems, monitor security procedures, and maintain accurate logs
- Contribute to environmental reporting and promote site-wide sustainability efforts
- Maintain thorough records of operations, safety, and compliance for easy access and audit readiness
What we would like you to bring
- Previous experience in reception, front desk, or administrative support roles
- Familiarity with office maintenance, vendor coordination, and supply management
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage effectively with staff, guests, and vendors
- Excellent organisational abilities and multitasking skills with high attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management systems
- Understanding of health & safety compliance, sustainability practices, and facility protocols
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement within operational settings
