Summary

Team PA / Senior Administrator
Central Edinburgh based | hybrid working available
Full Time role | 35 hours per week | Monday to Friday
Permanent role | Salary up to £30,000 + benefits (depending on skills & relevant experience)

Search Recruitment Group are delighted to be working with a leading name in the Commercial Property space to recruit this key role for their Edinburgh office.

The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of PA, secretarial & administration work across a number of teams within the business to help ensure that the business delivers the best possible service to their clients.

Duties involved in this role will include:
* Acting as a main point of contact for the department for external & internal enquiries - taking & passing on messages where required
* Supporting with documentation & tracking of business development opportunities
* Organisation & management of events including the preparation of materials, distributing invites, stakeholder management and frontline support
* Creation & formatting of marketing collateral, correspondence and reports
* Creation & sending of invoices, managing the team's work in progress records and forecasting
* Facilitating & co-ordinating of both internal & external meetings
* Organising travel arrangements for Partners and their teams, scheduling itineraries and updating diaries
* Completing job opening forms and registering new jobs on the internal system
* File management & archiving
* Carrying out Diary Management for several senior executives
* Processing expense claims for partners & the wider team
* Various other ad hoc PA & administration duties as required

In order to be considered for this role your skills and experience should include:
* Previous experience within a Senior Administration, PA or EA role carrying out the above duties - this experience is ESSENTIAL
* Excellent organisation & time management skills, with the ability to prioritise & complete a busy workload effectively
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Solid IT Skills including the full MS Office suite - including Excel to at least an intermediate level (Advanced preferred)
