Ready to Make a Meaningful Difference?

We are proud to be working with a welcoming, Ofsted-rated 'Good' school in Leicestershire, which supports pupils aged 4 to 16 with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. The school provides a structured and supportive environment, empowering pupils to build confidence, develop emotional resilience, and thrive in their learning.

They are now looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their team and help shape brighter futures.

As a Teaching Assistant, you'll play an essential role in supporting pupils who may face challenges with their social, emotional, and mental health. Working closely with teachers, therapists, and other professionals, you'll help pupils re-engage with education, develop confidence, and make meaningful progress.
