Summary
An established and progressive Yorkshire law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Family Solicitor to join its expanding team in Ilkley. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a close-knit, supportive environment while enjoying access to high-quality work and a flexible hybrid model.
The Role:
You’ll manage your own varied caseload of privately funded family matters, including:
- Divorce and separation
- Financial remedy cases (including complex assets)
- Private law children matters
- Cohabitation and pre/post-nuptial agreements
- Civil partnerships and relationship breakdowns
- The firm is committed to a constructive and empathetic approach, so experience
with mediation or collaborative law would be a bonus (but not essential).
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE in family law
- Confident managing complex financial and children cases
- Excellent client care skills and a professional, personable manner
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team
- A proactive, organised approach with attention to detail
