We are now offering a fantastic opportunity to join TEC Partnership in the role of People Advisor.
TEC Partnership is one of England’s largest providers of further and higher education. With a rich history of developing innovative training and education solutions for the community, it is a dynamic and financially sound organisation which spans both the North and South banks of the Humber.
About the role
Our People & Culture team provides a service across the whole organisation stretching from Skegness to Scarborough. This role will be based at our Grimsby campuses with occasional travel to Skegness. With the support of a People Partner, you will deliver proactive support guiding and advising on the employee life cycle and provide advice which empowers managers to work with their people and enable them to succeed in all aspects of their roles.
About the person
As a people focused professional you will have hands on experience in supporting managers with people processes, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work autonomously, though able to recognise and seek support from colleagues where appropriate is a key requirement for this role.
CIPD Level 3 is essential, Level 5 or above is desirable
Understanding of current employment law and associated risk
Knowledge of latest developments in the HR arena
Generalist knowledge of HR processes and procedures
A background in employee relations
Excellent organisational skills; ability to prioritise and meet deadlines and multitask in a fast paced and changing environment.
Ability to work as a team, share knowledge and support others to achieve.
