to grow, we are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrator to join our team and support our daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and maintain office systems, including data management and filing.
* Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
* Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
* Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
* Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
* Maintain office supplies and ensure the smooth running of the office.




Requirements:

* Proven experience as an Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
