The Role – SENCO

We’re working on behalf of a welcoming and forward-thinking primary school in Croydon seeking a dedicated SENCO to lead on special educational needs from September 2025. This is a key position within the school’s leadership team, responsible for coordinating effective support for pupils with a wide range of needs. The successful candidate will play a central role in identifying needs early, implementing EHCPs, and liaising with staff, families, and external professionals. A strong knowledge of SEND practices and statutory requirements is essential, along with a compassionate and proactive approach.
