The Role – SENCO

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SENCO to join our dedicated school team from September 2025. In this vital role, you will lead on the provision for pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), ensuring that their needs are effectively identified, supported, and reviewed in line with national guidelines. You will work closely with teachers, support staff, external agencies, and parents to create and implement effective support strategies. This role involves both strategic leadership and hands-on work with pupils, requiring excellent communication, organisational skills, and a child-centred approach.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SEND provision, strong leadership qualities, and experience supporting children with a range of additional needs. Experience as a SENCO or in a similar leadership role is highly desirable.
