Recruitment Administrator
Salary: £26,520 per annum with an increase on completion of 6 month probation.
Hours: 8am-4pm Monday to Friday.

Partnered with IRS (Intelligent Repair Services) based in Germany, who are the largest provider of accident claim services in

To support our Recruitment team, we are looking for a Recruitment Administrator with at least 1 year experience working in
recruitment, experience in an administrative role including phone and email experience, excellent attention to detail, ability to
organise and plan yet just as comfortable responding to last minute changes.
We are creating the next generation of repair centres, driven by a passion for service, quality, and customer focus, and we want
you to be a part of it!
This role will include, but not limited to:
* Recruiting for all roles within the business.
* Review applications, conduct screening calls, and maintain communication with potential candidates.
* Assist in shortlisting candidates for interviews based on job requirements and qualifications.
* Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensure all parties are provided with the necessary details in
advance.
* Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities, including candidate applications, screening call questions, interview
notes, feedback, and offer letters. Ensure all documents are stored securely and in compliance with data protection
regulations.
* Assist with the onboarding process for new hires by preparing offer letters, and other required documentation. Support the new
hire orientation process as needed.
* Act as first point of contact for our new employees, additionally you will ensure the candidate experience is a positive one.
* Work closely with our People Team and other operational teams.
What are we looking for?
* Experience in an administrative role including phone and email experience.
* Experience in answering the telephone to internal and external stakeholders.
* Experience using an ATS.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Able to multi-task within a fast-paced working environment, where no two days are the same.
* Confident using IT and can learn new systems.
* Experience of recruitment and using Hireful is an added advantage.
* Experience of working with agencies would be an advantage, although not essential.
* Motor industry would be an advantage, although not essential.
