About the role: ESOL Teacher (Evenings)We are now looking for an enthusiastic and inspiring casual ESOL teacher to join our Lifeskills faculty based at our Banbury campus.This post provides an excellent opportunity for a teacher with passion and drive who is committed to enabling our students to unlock their potential and switch on to the power of learning. The post holder will predominately be teaching on our Adult ESOL courses.This is a fixed-term, term-time only role working 4 hours per week at Banbury & Bicester College (0.09 FTE). These are face-to-face lessons, and will require you to be on-site at our Banbury College campus.What do you need to be a successful ESOL Teacher (Evenings)?Successful candidates will have an ESOL teaching qualification (CertTESOL/DipTESOL/CELTA/DELTA). Whilst we would prefer applications from experienced teachers who hold a PGCE or degree, we would consider applications from applicants with little or no teaching experience who have the ability to inspire our learners and a willingness to complete a PGCE or equivalent Post Compulsory Education Level 5 qualification.In addition, you will need to have a flexible approach, coupled with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills. You will have an open mindset and attitude towards technology and virtual learning tools.
