• Be a recent graduate with a 2:1 or above in Psychology, Education, or a related subject
• Be empathetic, calm, and proactive when supporting pupils with additional needs
• Have a genuine interest in inclusive education and child development
What You’ll Be Doing – Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant
• Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with needs such as autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, or emotional/social challenges
• Collaborate with teachers to differentiate learning materials
• Report observations and progress to the SENCo and wider team
