      Key Responsibilities:

      • Support teaching and learning in your subject specialism or across different subjects


      • Work one-to-one or with small groups of students to support progress and engagement


      • Assist with lesson planning, classroom activities, and resource development


      • Contribute to a positive, inclusive school environment


      • Gain real-world experience in school operations and effective teaching practice


        Who We’re Looking For:

        • Graduates (or expected graduates) from 2025 with a 2:1 or above


        • Ideally from a Russell Group or Top 20 UK university


        • Passionate about education and improving outcomes for young people


        • Strong interest in at least one of the subjects listed above


        • Reliable, adaptable, and proactive


        • Previous experience working with young people is beneficial but not essential
