Care Coordinator – Luxury Nursing Home
Hourly Rate: £15
Hours: Full-time, Day Shifts

Are you an experienced Care Coordinator passionate about delivering exceptional care in a luxury nursing home setting? Our client is looking for a dedicated and organised professional to join their team and help lead the way in person-centred care for older adults.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a Level 3 Health and Social Care qualification and experience in a care home or nursing home setting, who is ready to bring compassion, leadership, and coordination skills to a highly regarded care service.

What We’re Looking For

  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Health and Social Care.
  • Previous experience as a Care Coordinator, Senior Carer, or similar role in residential, dementia, or nursing care.
  • Strong time management and rota planning skills.
  • Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal abilities.
  • Empathetic and resident-focused approach to care.
  • Familiarity with electronic care planning systems.
  • Experience in safe medication administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage individualised care plans tailored to each resident’s preferences and health needs.
  • Organise daily staff rotas and shift activities, ensuring effective care delivery at all times.
  • Administer medication in line with policy and compliance guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate care records using computerised systems.
  • Support the onboarding and supervision of care staff, promoting a positive, team-based culture.
  • Work closely with families and external healthcare professionals to ensure holistic, high-quality care.
