Summary
We are recruiting a Counterbalance Driver in Coventry, CV6 with immediate start.
Salary: £12.66 per hour
Shift Pattern: 3 Days On / 3 Days Off – 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
• Safely operate a Counterbalance Forklift Truck in accordance with company procedures.
• Load and replenish materials to production machines as needed.
• Support the operation of both automated and manual machinery.
• Work efficiently to achieve daily production targets within tight deadlines.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and hazard-free work area.
• Follow all health and safety regulations and site protocols.
What We’re Looking For:
• Valid Counterbalance FLT licence with recent experience.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Proactive and dependable approach to work.
• Experience in a production or warehouse setting is preferred.
