Our local client are looking for a facilities team member , they will be Reporting to the Facilities Manager working as part of a team you will be accountable for providing a well maintained, safe,
secure, clean, compliant and efficient environment, delivering high quality planned and reactive maintenance, demonstrating CARE (Connect, Act, Respect and Encourage) in everything you do across a number of estates disciplines.
Responsibilities
- Servicing mechanical and electronic locking systems.
- Carrying out window and door repairs.
- Assisting with fire alarm activations and managing false alarms.
- Providing reactive maintenance support, including emergency works and seasonal projects.
- Fault-finding and carrying out remedial repairs.
- Conducting PPM (planned preventative maintenance) inspections and addressing or reporting any necessary follow-up works to appropriate personnel.
- Assisting with wider PPM tasks as needed.
- Responding to Health & Safety and maintenance-related calls within agreed service levels.
