In challenging times for local government, the Council is facing difficult decisions on how to meet the needs of the whole community with a reducing budget. To meet the estimated financial savings, the Council is looking to make fundamental changes to meet the unprecedented challenges ahead.

The Council's central transformation team has an important role to play in supporting and delivering a range of projects across all service areas in line with the Council's corporate transformation agenda.

A high performer with expertise in project management, you will be working within the central team to support key corporate projects aligned to our Corporate Landlord service, including the implementation of an improved computerised system and introducing new ways of working to achieve the desired benefits.

Protecting children, young people or adults at risk is a core responsibility of all council employees

A valid driving licence is requirement for this post.

The council's Hybrid Working Policy applies to this post. This provides a framework for establishing how you will undertake working hours between your home and the office.
