Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time Office Administrator within an organisation, based in Pyle.

In this role you will provide a wide range of administrative support within the Office.

Responsibilities include purchasing – ordering from the In House system, placing orders for the Teams working out on site and processing invoices.

You will also undertake general ‘team’ administrative duties as and when required.

Experience of Microsoft packages, good verbal and written communication would be an advantage in providing exceptional administration support, with the ability to coordinate and prioritise tasks.

The ideal candidate will be confident working in both a busy team environment and on their own initiative.

The role also includes covering other Administrators within the office - full training will be given.

Starting Salary - £23,000.00 Permanent – following a successful 3 month probation period

Hours of work – (1hr lunch break)

Week 1 8am – 4pm

Week 2 9am – 5pm
