Summary
My client is currently looking to recruit an experienced ECO Compliance Administrator for a full time role based in Newcastle starting ASAP(NE29)
This role is to work for a leading UK provider of carbon reduction solutions and energy efficiency upgrades to both commercial and domestic properties North East Wide.
Starting salary of £27,500 with an increase to £30,000 after a 3 month probation period. You will be working within an expanding team, who will also offer a clear path to progress into a managerial role for the right candidate.
This is a full-time, office-based position (Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm with an early 4pm finish on Fridays). For the right candidate, there is potential for hybrid working, with one day in the office and the rest from home.
Key Responsibilities
* Assess ECO documentation and resolve queries via phone and email
* Liaise effectively with install teams to support smooth project delivery
* Ensure accurate and timely submission of paperwork to utility partners
* Provide admin support to our Retrofit Assessors and Coordinators
* Maintain a strong understanding of ECO measures and compliance
* Contact customers to schedule installations and surveying
To be considered for this role, candidates must have experience within the ECO or renewables sector and demonstrate the following:
* Solid IT and computer skills
* Strong communication and organisational abilities
* Previous experience in a fast-paced admin or customer service environment
* Confidence managing multiple tasks and meeting strict deadlines
Please note: ECO and renewables experience is essential for this role.
