Summary
We are seeking an Office Administrator - Attendance and Admissions to join our team at Broadmere Primary School, part of Bourne Education Trust.
Our office administrators are responsible for providing with a high level of accuracy, effective and efficient administrative and clerical support within the school alongside an excellent and proactive front-line customer service to families and visitors.Whilst initially the focus of your role will be attendance and admissions, we work together as part of a multi skilled team to ensure the delivery of a proficient service. Our commitment to your continuous professional development means that you will gain experience and training in all front of house and administrative specialisms available within the school office team.Please note, some limited travel to New Monument Primary School will be required in this role (located approximately 1.5 miles from Broadmere Primary School).

Position: Office Administrator - Specialist
Contract: Part time, permanent (37.8 weeks per year)
Start Date: 1st September 2025
Salary: Surrey Pay Scale 5 (£26,777 FTE, actual £21,707)
Hours: 35 hours per week (Mon-Fri 8:30am-4pm)

Requirements include:
Essential
Ability to demonstrate an awareness, understanding and commitment to the protection and safeguarding of children
GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent appropriate qualification)
Experience working in an office environment
Desirable
Previous reception / administrative experience within a school environment
Experience of school software packages such as Arbor
Experience of school admissions and attendance
