As a Guest Ambassador, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring every interaction is warm, personalized, and effortless. You'll embody our service values and deliver excellence with enthusiasm, and you'll be the front-line presence that ensures guests feel welcomed, protected, and informed from the moment they arrive. Your mission: deliver outstanding guest service while maintaining a safe and secure environment.
Mon-Fri 08:00-18:00 Pay rate £15/hour
Main Duties
- Greet guests with a warm, professional, and approachable manner
- Provide guidance, directions, and support to enhance guest journeys
- Handle guest enquiries, feedback, and special requests with finesse
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Maintain a polished appearance and uphold brand standards
- Monitor access points and ensure adherence to security protocols
- Conduct regular safety checks and support emergency response procedures
Who You Are:
- A natural people-person with exceptional communication skills
- Enthusiastic, energetic, and confident in dynamic environments
- Customer service or hospitality experience (preferred)
- Confident communicator with a calm, observant, and composed presence
- Detail-oriented, punctual, and dedicated to outstanding service
- Multilingual skills are a plus!
- Must be SIA Licenced
