We're looking for a vibrant and proactive Guest Experience Manager (GXM) to be the heart of our front-of-house, creating a
seamless, five-star experience for every visitor.

Reception UK (RUK) is an established reception and concierge service, and our people believe first impressions count and we take

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide an exceptional first impression to all visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
* Manage reception operations, including meeting room organisation, handling queries, and coordinating refreshments.
* Liaise with tenants, contractors, and external agencies, ensuring smooth operations and building management.
* Support health & safety procedures, reporting incidents and maintaining compliance records.
* Oversee cleaning, repairs, and general maintenance, ensuring high standards are met.
* Organise tenant engagement activities, including newsletters, pop-up stalls, and events.
* Manage visitor access, key fobs, and security procedures.




What We're Looking For:

* Previous experience in a similar front-of-house or customer service role.
* Outstanding personal presentation and communication skills.
* Strong organisational abilities with the ability to multitask effectively.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other digital platforms.
* Good knowledge of health & safety regulations.
* A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for customer experience.
