Summary

We are currently looking for an Electrical Surveyor to join us on a permanent basis, who’ll fit right in with our amazing Compliance team. The Compliance team undertake vital landlord’s compliance projects to support the delivery of one of the main goals of Beyond Housing: provide affordable homes where people feel safe and secure. We deliver projects such as electrical testing, fire door inspection and maintenance and more.

Your role will cover assisting the Project Leader to carry out effective supervision and quality assurance throughout all projects, to ensure the agreed performance and productivity targets, milestones and standards are achieved in accordance with policy and procedures. You will provide instruction and guidance to electricians, apprentices and sub-contractors and conduct quality assurance to ensure full electrical and fire door compliance, a high standard of work for our properties, and an excellent service to our customers, leading to high customer satisfaction.
