- Serve meals and assist residents with eating.
- Help residents move around safely.
- Provide personal care, including toileting and washing.
- Make beds and ensure rooms are comfortable.
- Engage with residents, offering companionship and emotional support.
- Monitor residents’ conditions, including taking temperatures, pulse, and weight.
- Maintain a strong team-working culture to ensure best practices.
- Build positive relationships with residents' relatives and visitors.
- Uphold our core values and follow all policies and procedures.
- Commit to ongoing training and professional development.
