Role Description:
To review enquiries received from clients, understand the scope requirements and build compliant quotations in the format specified and return them in a timely fashion. It is important that to promote the values of the company with regards to health, safety and the perception of the company to our clients and staff.
Role Responsibilities:
Undertake an initial review of enquiries received to ensure adequate information has been provided to create records within our operational Focal Point system.
Load material quotations into our Focal Point system
Support the completion of Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQ’s) for tenders
Manage office environment in terms of supplies and function
Manage (as required) the diaries for the Sales Director and Director
Book meeting and event spaces as required
Ensure full compliance with the requirements of the Toppesfield SHEQ procedures
Ideal Candidate:
Good organisational skills. Able to plan, prioritise and meet tight deadlines, and the ability to deal with pressure in a professional manner
Excellent communication skills
Good Microsoft Office computer skills (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, e-mail)
Ability to work as part of a team as well as individually to ensure that team targets are always met
Flexible in your thinking and approach to tasks
Adapt successfully to changing situations & environments
High standard of administration skills
The ability to set stretching goals for self and others and with a drive and determination to achieve results
