Here at BaxterStorey we currently have an exciting opportunity for a talented Operations Support Manager to support our client portfolio traversing the South East (Crawley to Brighton) As the Operations Support Manager, you’ll possess exceptional communication skills, be proactively organised seeing all projects through to completion, and demonstrate a commitment to discretion while managing diverse responsibilities.

Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Operations Support Manager to join our team in South East, United Kingdom. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our operational processes, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Working as part of the support team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity
- Oversee project management activities, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgets
- Analyse operational data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance overall operational performance
- Manage relationships and strive to optimise costs and service levels
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for key operational processes
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards
- Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance to senior management
- Identify and implement new technologies and tools to enhance operational capabilities
Qualifications
- Proven track record of leading teams and managing complex projects
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ERP systems
- Demonstrated ability to improve processes and drive operational efficiencies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
