Summary
This list of duties and responsibilities which follows represents a range of tasks, which will be undertaken routinely, with consultation and agreement by the post holder: To assess each patient by prioritising the patients condition with the aid of the Adastra and Odyssey Clinical Decision Support Software. To provide a high standard of service to the patient / caller by dealing safely and promptly with each contact To ensure that all referrals are provided with a clinically safe pathway. To provide a high-quality triage assessment of all contacts to the service. Identify life threatening symptoms and act appropriately.
