Summary

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic individual for the role of Apprentice Plasterer within our Investment Team. The team is responsible for delivering our planned investment works and ensuring our properties meet the Decent Homes Standard. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in Plastering while supporting a culture that delivers results and service excellence to promote the Karbon values and brand..

About the role

The role has become available due to our continued growth in the North-East and as part of our on-going commitment to provide as many good quality homes as we can; to deliver excellent service to our customers; and to shape strong, sustainable places for our communities. Our Investment contract includes full house rewires, kitchen and bathroom replacements.

All our Apprentices are paid the Real Living Wage (RLW), and you'll be paid for your normal working hours plus your attendance at college with the opportunity to get real life experiences.

About you

We are looking to attract an enthusiastic Apprentice with a customer focused approach and a desire to develop in their Plastering career.

  • Apprentice Plasterer - 2 years fixed term
  • Salary is £24,242.40 per annum
  • Location: Newburn - On site with your mentor based across the Karbon footprint
  • There will be a requirement to attend college one day a week.
  • Regular travel will be required
  • 37 Hours per week
