Summary


We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Clinical Site Manager to join our busy Clinical Site Team at St. Bartholomew Hospital. You
will support this team and site operations to ensure challenges are given responsive attention team toeffectively ensure the site flow is maintained, engaging with both our internal and external stakeholders.

This role is vital in the delivery of operational performance, patient flow and support to clinical colleagues and the site leadership teams to perform to
a very high standard. We require someone who is a team player, with excellent communication skills and who visibly enjoys the challenges that the Clinical Site Manager role provides. These individual qualities will
provide the foundation for you to lead one of the finest hospitals in London and make sure we are ready to give our patients the best care possible around the clock, 24 hours a day. St Bartholomew’s Hospital hosts
the London Heart Attack Centre and is a tertiary cancer referral centre for cancer for East London and North East Essex. In return we will encourage you to develop at all levels within this specialised healthcare

The aim of the Senior Clinical Site Manager is to provide all support and advice on the coordination of the hospital site and be the immediate on site duty manager/senior nurse out of hours, working with the Senior Manager On-call for the hospital. The Clinical Site Manager will oversee 24/7 flow and challenge both internal and external repatriations; being
responsive to escalate as required. Post holder will deputise for the Head of Site Management as required. The SCSM will ensure implementation of trust policies and procedures across all areas and provide support and advice to trust employees.
