The Role:

As a Level 3 SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be a key player in delivering high-quality support to children with a range of special educational needs at a school based in Bolton. Starting this September, you'll work alongside experienced professionals to:
- Support individual and small groups of pupils in class and during targeted interventions
- Assist with planning and delivering personalised learning activities
- Help develop communication, social, and emotional skills
- Foster independence and confidence in every child
- Contribute to detailed observations, assessments, and progress tracking
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to ensure holistic support

What We're Looking For:
- Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning or equivalent experience
- A genuine passion for SEN and understanding of different learning needs
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Patience, creativity, and flexibility to adapt to each child's unique journey
- Experience working with children with autism, ADHD, or other additional needs is a bonus

This role is subject to an Enhanced DBS (child and adult workforce), satisfactory references, and full compliance with KCSIE (2024) guidance and safer recruitment standards.
