Summary

We're looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Learning Support Assistant to join our friendly and inclusive school community in Manchester this September!
About the Role:
As a SEN Learning Support Assistant, you'll work closely with experienced teaching staff to support pupils with a range of special educational needs, and will help them to achieve their full potential in a safe, nurturing environment.
Your role will include:
· Providing both 1:1 and small group support tailored to individual learning needs.
· Assisting with the delivery of tailored interventions and classroom activities.
· Helping students develop socially, emotionally, and academically.
· Contributing to the creation of an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
· Supporting with behaviour management and promoting positive relationships.
We're Looking For Someone Who:
· Has experience (or a strong interest) in working with children with SEN.
· Is patient, caring, and genuinely passionate about making a difference.
· Can work collaboratively with staff, parents, and external professionals.
· Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Is flexible, proactive, and willing to learn.
· Has knowledge of autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, or other additional needs. (This is highly desirable, but not essential)
