Summary

McGinley Support Services are currently recruiting for an experienced Plant Operator to join our team on the A47 Thickthorn Junction project. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a high-profile infrastructure scheme with consistent hours and competitive pay.

Location: Norwich
Rate: £21.02 per hour PAYE DIRECT
Certification: CPCS Card (360 Excavator - Above & Below 10T)

Role Overview:

As an Excavator Operator, you will:

Operate 360 excavators for trenching, grading, and utilities installation

Work closely with groundworks and pipe-laying teams

Carry out machine checks and report any defects

Ensure compliance with all site health & safety procedures

Maintain high standards of precision and productivity

What We're Looking For:

Valid CPCS Card for 360 Excavator

Previous experience on utilities or civils projects

Excellent awareness of site safety and environmental considerations

Ability to work collaboratively with site teams

Flexibility and readiness to work in varying site conditions
