Join a progressive authority at the heart of one of London’s most diverse communities and help shape the delivery of high-quality housing outcomes for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
Act as the central communication point for residents during major works and cyclical maintenance programmes

Develop and deliver tailored resident communication strategies—including newsletters, meeting invitations, surveys, and online content

Respond promptly and empathetically to resident concerns, queries, and complaints (including Stage 1 complaints)

Liaise with internal teams, councillors, contractors, Tenant Management Organisations (TMOs), and Tenant & Resident Associations (TRAs)

Organise and chair evening residents’ meetings; prepare accurate minutes and follow-up actions

Manage statutory consultation processes, including petitions and ballots

Contribute to service improvement through feedback analysis, customer satisfaction data, and lessons learned

What You’ll Bring
University degree or equivalent, with strong written and verbal communication skills

Proven experience in resident liaison, customer service, or project communications within housing or public sector environments

High levels of emotional intelligence, professionalism, and political awareness

Confidence dealing with diverse resident groups, sensitive issues, and formal complaint procedures

Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office and the ability to use databases and online platforms

Willingness to attend evening meetings and, when required, assist with legal access processes

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dedicated team committed to excellent service delivery and resident engagement.
