Hyde is looking to recruit a Disrepair Administrator.

As an Administrator at Hyde, you will be working within the Property Maintenance team, specifically supporting our Disrepair service. You will provide essential administrative support to ensure that customer communications, contractor coordination, and system records are maintained accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities
• Book and manage appointments and inspections for disrepair works
• Maintain accurate property folders, trackers and shared inboxes
• Liaise with contractors and customers to confirm appointments and variations
• Upload and manage documentation using internal systems (e.g. Risk Hub, CRM)
• Respond to emails and calls professionally, updating records as required
• Support surveyors and supervisors by tracking case progress and sharing updates
Skills and Experience Required
• Proven administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage diaries and coordinate multiple stakeholders
• Experience with systems such as Salesforce, CRM, Trello (or similar)
• Ability to use initiative and work both independently and as part of a team
