We are seeking a confident, personable, and professional Corporate Receptionist to join a dynamic and fast-paced corporate environment on a part-time basis.
This role is Monday to Friday, working 25 hours per week during the afternoon shift (either 12:00–17:00 or 13:00–18:00, depending on business needs).
Job Description
As the first point of contact for all visitors and employees, you’ll play a vital role in delivering a warm, welcoming, and polished front-of-house experience.
A passion for outstanding customer service, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail are essential.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome visitors and employees in a friendly, professional manner
Ensure correct sign-in/out process and issue passes as per SOPs
Highlight fire procedures to all visitors upon arrival
Maintain high front-of-house standards and follow all company policies
Uphold confidentiality and adhere to all health and safety procedures
Respond to complaints calmly and professionally
Support team members and contribute to continuous improvement
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
Able to work independently with focus, motivation and initiative
Courteous and efficient with strong customer service skills
Handles pressure and difficult situations professionally
Experience in a busy corporate reception environment
Experienced in diverse service teams and managing queries effectively
Responds to messages and requests promptly and helpfully
Committed to high standards, continuous improvement and adaptability
