What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and friendly General Teaching Assistant from 1stSeptember 2025 on a fixed term contract for 15 hours per week, 3 hours per day, term time only. We are looking for someone who will complement the existing team and work with us to promote the school’s Christian vision and values.
As a General Teaching Assistant, you will support:
• Children in class as well as working with small groups and individuals
• Children to develop their self-esteem, inclusion and behavioral development
• The physical/personal care of pupils where required
As a Midday Supervisory Assistant your duties will include:
• Supervising children while they are eating lunch or enjoying their lunchtime play.
• Associated duties such as clearing and cleaning of the lunch areas, including light manual handling.

Salary: £12.60 per hour
Grade: CD
Contract: Fixed Term until end July 2026
Hours: 15 hours per week, Term Time only. 3 hours per day, Monday to Friday
