In this role, you will work closely with the Area Commercial Manager and Lead Commercial Manager, providing professional quantity surveying support across various long-term contracts and client projects. You will manage commercial matters, ensure compliance with standards, and maximize profit delivery. Your responsibilities will include liaising with stakeholders, preparing tender documentation, managing contractor applications, reviewing risk registers, and resolving contract issues.
