What You’ll Be Doing
As a Children’s Support Worker, your responsibilities will include providing day-to-day emotional and practical support, helping with routines, educational activities, and life skills, promoting positive behaviour, and creating a stable, caring environment. You’ll work within individual care plans and ensure all safeguarding protocols are upheld while helping young people feel seen, heard, and valued.
What We’re Looking For

You must be over 18 years old and have the right to work in the UK.

A minimum of 6 months’ experience working with children or young people in a UK care setting is essential.

NVQ Level 3 in Children & Young People (or Health & Social Care – Children’s Pathway), or working towards.

A calm, resilient approach and strong behaviour management skills.

Flexibility to work across different shift types and locations.

A clear enhanced DBS, which can be applied for during registration.
