Summary
As the Discipline Assurance Clerk, your role in the branch is to:
Complete Joint Personnel Administration (JPA) compliance on all discipline casework in accordance with the APSG Casework Assurance Framework through the medium of JPA and Oracle Analytics Service Information System (OASIS) reports
Ensure processes, timelines and entered data comply with JPA Business Process Guides (BPG), highlighting issues unable to resolve
Give support to Brigades using BPGs, and with reference to policies and discipline related Army General Administrative Instruction (AGAIs)
Monitor the Discipline Group Mailbox and delegate emails as appropriate
Update the Discipline Report (DISCREP) tracker
Provide ongoing efficient, effective and confidential admin support to HQ ARRC Discipline team, including copying of confidential case files
General office admin to include control of stationery, assistance with preparation of meetings/forums, room bookings and organisation of any branch travel requests
