Summary
Construction Administrator – Temp to Perm – Immediate Start
We're looking for a proactive and organised Construction Administrator to join our client and support the smooth running of our daily operations. This is a hands-on, varied office-based role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working as part of a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
You’ll play a key role in supporting the business with a range of administrative tasks, including:
Managing pre-qualification questionnaires (PQQs)
Booking accommodation for site teams
Preparing and updating risk assessments and method statements (RAMS)
Producing and issuing site survey packs
Coordinating and maintaining the office diary
Logging and tracking new enquiries
Supporting job and team scheduling
Handling phone calls and general office administration
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in construction (desirable) administration or a similar support role
Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
Clear and confident communication skills
Competent in Microsoft Office and calendar/email systems
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure
Positive, can-do attitude and a team-focused approach
