Our client is a well known international company looking for an experienced administrator to join their busy operations.
For this role Stock / Inventory experience administration is essential.
Tepm to Perm role / Immediate start.
4 on 4 off shift pattern 06:00-18:00 (overtime available) however at the start, training will be conducted Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00.
Pay rate: £13.93 per hour.
The candidate would work closely with the Shift Manager and warehouse team & are office based. Key aspects of the role are to provide administration support to site operations, ensure that all WMS transactions are completed in line with operational and system processes. To ensure all stocks are correctly accounted for and recorder accurately. Provide customer service support in a professional and courteous manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Allocating workload within our WMS system
- Dealing with drivers allocating bays key control
- Placing pre-advice & orders on the system so attention to detail is key
- Multi user site so answering queries bookings & investigating inventory for each customer
- Monitoring the email keeping up to date with inbox
- Stock Checks in warehouse
- Preparing all paperwork for inbound / outbound paperwork
- Running weekly reports
