Summary

You will be part of an inspiring Libraries Team, contributing to the delivery of an innovative library service. You will assist in the delivery of a comprehensive range of services, that are shaped by communities, responsive to change and open to all, promoting our vision of a library service that enriches lives.
You will have excellent communication skills, the ability to develop positive working relationships and be able to deal with varied situations in a pragmatic and supportive manner. You will have the energy and enthusiasm to deliver the range of services we provide.

If so, we are looking to recruit a Libraries Specialist Customer Services Representative to fill a position at Upton Library.
This is a 20-hour temporary six-month position. The hours and pattern of hours are subject to change pending a review.
