Are you a passionate Agile leader with a talent for driving high-performing teams and delivering outstanding digital products?

Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where collaboration, innovation, and customer value are at the heart of everything you do?

If so, we want you on our team!

You’ll play a pivotal role in leading cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge digital solutions. You’ll be the driving force behind Agile best practices, removing blockers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring smooth, efficient delivery.

We have a number of exciting opportunities across multiple teams, each playing a crucial role in shaping the future of digital services at DWP in our Working Age Services team.

Working Age Services (WAS) are at the forefront of the Department’s change and innovation agenda, delivering ground-breaking solutions and approaches driven by product and end user need. The WAS teams are responsible for delivery of welfare reform to claimants, landlords and DWP agents across a number of departmental change programmes and critical national infrastructure.

You’ll join a thriving community of practice, where you'll share best practice, insight and support with a bunch of other talented, expert Agile Delivery Managers. We’re looking for a candidate that will:

  • Engage Stakeholders – Build strong relationships with product owners, engineers, and business leaders to align goals and expectations.
  • Ensure Quality and Continuous Improvement – Foster a culture of feedback, learning, and iteration to enhance ways of working.
  • Data and Metrics – Use key Agile metrics and insights to drive decision making and optimise delivery performance.
