Summary

About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AWS cloud platforms, Azure, and technical team collaboration. You will play a vital role in scaling agile processes, working closely with technical and platform teams, and managing multiple squads within a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage 5-6 agile delivery teams in a fast-paced environment
• Remodelling and migrating platforms to AWS and Azure platforms
• Work with technical teams and platform teams to ensure smooth delivery
• Maintain a well-organised workflow using JIRA and other tools
• Coordinate product transfer activities and ensure smooth handovers
• Facilitate quarterly planning and squad meetings
• Stay updated with DevOps practices and ensure team adherence

Key Experience needed:

• Proven experience as an Agile Delivery Manager with 5+ years in a similar role
• Experience working on AWS and Azure cloud platforms
• Strong understanding of technical backgrounds and Agile scaling frameworks
• Ability to manage multiple squads
• Experience with JIRA and PowerPoint presentations
• Background in product transfer and transferring working practices
• Knowledge of DevOps practices

Hybrid working - 1 day a week in a London-based officeDuration - Initial 6 months
