You'll be working as part of a dedicated team, providing comprehensive care for a client living with Motor Neuron Disease. Your responsibilities will include managing a variety of clinical needs, ensuring our client receives the highest standard of personalised care.

Tracheostomy care (essential experience required)
Complex Manual Handling
Suctioning and Cough Assist
PEG feeding
Ventilator and Nebulizer management
Supporting non-verbal communication via eye-gaze tech..
About You
We're looking for someone who is not only clinically skilled but also brings a positive and engaging presence to our client's home.
We're looking for someone who is:
Experienced in Tracheostomy care.
Tech-savvy and comfortable with computers/home tech.
Great with kids (service user has two children aged 5 and 7).
Young, active, and bright.
Full-time availability.
Preferably female (males accepted).
Non-driver is fine.
What We Offer
Competitive Rates (2:1 Support):
Days: Tier 1 (Non Comp) £13.85, Tier 3 (Comp) £16.37 ph
Nights: Tier 1 (Non Comp) £14.72, Tier 3 (Comp) £17.07 ph
