Role: Full-time, long-term Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant
Salary: Up to £560 per week - highly competitive
Hours: 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday (family-friendly)

Your Role as Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant

Direct Student Support

• Support holistic, social, and academic development of children with diverse SEN needs
• Deliver personalized interventions designed by qualified teachers and therapists
• Assist with behavior regulation and positive engagement strategies
• Support communication development using specialized techniques

Professional Collaboration

• Work with multidisciplinary teams including speech therapists and educational psychologists
• Contribute to Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and progress monitoring
• Collaborate with families and external agencies
• Support transition planning and life skills development

2:1 degree or higher in Psychology, Education, Health & Social Care, or related field

Flexibility and adaptability in dynamic learning environments
