Summary
Join Zendbox as a Goods Out Operative!
Zendbox is seeking energetic and detail-oriented Goods Out Operatives to become key members of our warehouse team. In this role, you will play a critical part in the goods dispatch process, ensuring that orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and efficiently to meet our customer demands.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Accurately pick goods in accordance with order specifications, ensuring all items are correct and in good condition.
Efficiently pack products for dispatch, ensuring that all orders are securely packaged to prevent damage.
Load and unload delivery vehicles safely and effectively, using manual handling or mechanical equipment as necessary.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to adhere to health and safety standards.
Assist in inventory counts and stock management to ensure accurate tracking of goods.
Report any discrepancies, damaged goods, or quality issues to the team leader promptly.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping targets and deadlines.

Requirements:
Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred but not mandatory.
Good attention to detail and organizational skills for accurate inventory management.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
Basic computer skills to operate warehouse management systems.
Physically able to lift and move products safely.
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, if required.
